  • Maggie Kitch has been a yoga teacher for 11 years. She started out teaching a very vigorous flow, but she felt like something was missing. Over the years and with the help of the moon, she found a really nice rhythm that felt much more balanced. She started teaching all of her classes with the lunar phase in mind- creating more action-oriented flows as the moon waxes and more restorative classes as the moon wanes. She calls this style of practice LunarFlow & it's her favorite way to practice yoga.
